I have watched this video several times and each time my hair stood up and tears welled up in my eyes. This woman is incredibly talented, sweet, humble and inspiring--and deserved much better treatment than she received at first. I find it distressing when people are treated so rudely by the judges and the audiences on these shows. What a great moment for Susan when this audience begins to cheer for her. She certainly showed the scoffers a thing or two.
